An apartment in a Sofia development, recorded on completion. The kitchen, dining and living areas run together across the width of the plan, with the terrace beyond.

The finishes are pale: large-format stone on the island and splashbacks, light oak flooring, and recessed lighting set into plaster reveals. The terrace faces the mountains, and the glazing is sized to hold that view from the dining table.
