An apartment where the structure is left visible and the finishes are laid against it. Exposed concrete columns and soffits stay as they were cast; everything added is oak, stone or glass.

The living and dining space runs the width of the plan and opens to the city through full-height glazing. A mirrored dressing corridor with lit rails leads through to the bedroom, and the bathroom takes a freestanding bath against a dark timber wall.
