Concept

A residential building on a Sofia corner, drawn as a stack of white volumes that step back as they rise, with timber-lined reveals cut into them.

The setbacks give the upper apartments terraces and keep the mass off the pavement. Windows are grouped irregularly so the elevation reads as a composition rather than a grid, and the ground floor is glazed where it meets the street.
