Dolni Lozen Urban Development

The project transforms 65.10 hectares of undeveloped land near Dolni Lozen into a balanced, multifunctional urban environment combining residential, retail, office and public uses.

The masterplan organises 14 urban blocks around a clear street network, a local centre and a connected system of public green spaces extending along the Srabski Azmak River. This structure creates a coherent relationship between the built environment, community facilities and the surrounding landscape.

By integrating the necessary technical and social infrastructure, the project establishes a strong foundation for long-term development. A carefully planned transition between active mixed-use areas and quieter residential zones supports a functional, accessible and well-balanced contemporary neighbourhood.
